Launching from Dapdune wharf paddling up the navigation to Millmead Lock then to St Catherines Lock returning via Riff Raff weir and the River back on to the navigation. Suitable for beginners.

This would cover the basics of solo canoeing including rescue. It would enable you to take a canoe out with unqualified passengers as long as they can swim.
Have you done the Discover course in a kayak?, here's a chance to cross train to canoe, to enable you to safely maneuver and recover from a capsize. This hopefully get you signed off as competent to handle a canoe.
