Discover Course for adults (over 18s) held on Saturday and Sunday at the BCCC in Mytchett. Both days need to be attended 9:30 to 15:30 to qualify. Please contact Steve Atkins to discuss your participation.
Launching at the Wokingham water centre, paddling up the Thames a short distance and then taking the Kennet and Avon Canal to Fobney lock and return, this takes through the centre of Reading and the Oracle.
Launching from Dapdune wharf paddling up the navigation to Millmead Lock then to St Catherines Lock returning via Riff Raff weir and the River back on to the navigation. Suitable for beginners.
See the London sites from a different perspective launching from Putney embankment, paddling to Tower Bridge for Lunch and return, all with the aid of the tide. Total distance approx 17 miles. must be spraydeck and deep water rescue competent. This is a peer paddle.
A one way trip on the Thames to experience the rollers and tidal Thames taking in Hampton court on the way. This is a shuttle trip
Meet at the barn at 5.30 pm on the water by 6.00 pm. Spooky Fancy dress and boat decorations optional, supper, the like of Old bones soup and Dead man fingers, served in the Canal Centre Function room afterwards. Respond on Spond or let Brian Know if your going.

Launching from Lower Swanwick, we will make our way through the marinas enjoying the wide open river and seeing it shrink as we reach the old Mill at Botley. A stop at Botley Quey and then on to the Horse and Groom, and Curbridge for a lunch stop. Watching for Read more
Southampton Docks 18km/11 Mile paddle with tidal assist. We will be launching from Hythe on the west bank, paddle up past the docks to Eling Tide mill for lunch and returning to Hythe. Something a little less rural that we are used to but plenty of interest nonetheless.
